Smart Tec in alliance with Powerstream Energy (an Alectra company) along submetering services is managing the Ministry of Energy (EWRB) program for Condominium Corporation, Landlords and/or Property Management companies.
Smart Tec can provide the following services:
- Individual Building (Condominum,Office, Apartment Buildings, Commercial/Industrial Plaza) data collection and setup within Ministry of Energy Portfolio Mgr.
- Assemble from utilities monthly aggregate natural gas, electricity and water usage in the building for the reporting year.
- Report the Data to the Ministry of Energy through the Energy Star Portfolio Manager.
